She has taken part in an excavation of sites connected with the former Oregon Indian Mission Manual Labor School and the school’s administration building (later known as the parsonage) as well as various WCRA projects.
Jen brings a broad professional background shaped by entrepreneurship, operations, community engagement, hospitality, consulting, and outdoor leadership.
Jen’s primary academic interests lie in cultural anthropology, particularly the intersections of transnational migration, climate change, and labor movements. She also maintains longstanding interests in archaeology, including Klamath Basin rock art and archaeogeography, reflecting a broader fascination with the relationships between people, place, and history.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys restoration projects, action sports, gardening, and spending time with dogs.
